All equipment must be paid for upfront, prior to delivery and installation by Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd.

At Summit Telecommunications PTy Ltd request, a payment of 10% of the quoted amount will be payable upfront, prior to the commencement of services.

Invoices must be paid within 14 days from the date of invoice. Interest will be incurred for late payments at a rate of $5 per week. This late payment fee covers Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd’s additional administrative costs for recovering payment.

If an invoice is not paid within 60 days, Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd reserves the right to use a debt collector for the recovery of any outstanding amounts. Notwithstanding, Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd may take legal action for overdue payment. The cost of such debt collection will be added to what you owe Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd.

Quotes are an estimate only. Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd will promptly notify you if the amount payable is likely to exceed 10% of the quoted amount. Timeframes are estimates only. Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd will endeavor to carry out work as soon as reasonably practicable however cannot guarantee the timeframes for equipment supplies.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. For major failures with service, you are entitled:

(a) to cancel your service contract with us; and
(b) to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for loss of user-generated data. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have back-ups of all data. Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you back up all software and files prior to Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd servicing your device.

Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss caused by you as a result of your negligence, breach of contract, failure to follow Summit Telecommunications PTy Ltd’s reasonable advice or failure take action to mitgate any loss. You warrant that you will provide a safe working environment for Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd onsite repairs.

To the extent permitted by law, Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd will not be liable to for any interruption of business, consequential loss and any viruses or events beyond the reasonable control of Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd.

If you no longer require services, you must notify Summit Telecommunications Pty Ltd in writing at least 24 hours prior to services being provided.
